Is Owee available yet?

Owee is currently in TestFlight for iPhone while we prepare for the public App Store launch. Request early access by email and we’ll help you get started.

Can I use it for free?

Yes. Create pools, add expenses, split costs, and keep track of balances without a subscription. Free also includes CSV import and three lifetime AI receipt scans. Paid plans add optional bank sync and more automation.

Does Owee move my money?

No. Owee helps everyone agree on the numbers and keeps a record of settlements. You make the actual payment through your own bank or preferred payment app, then record it in Owee.

Do I need to connect my bank?

No bank connection is needed to split expenses. If you choose a paid plan, optional Plaid linking can import transactions from a supported bank or card account.

Can friends claim receipt items from a link?

Yes. Share a receipt claim link and friends can sign in, join the pool, and choose their items in a browser. They can also open the link in Owee on iPhone.
